Stone Lodge Group is a temporary accommodation provider, specialising in working with public and private housing sectors to provide accommodation and property management services throughout London and the Home Counties.
We have seventeen years of experience working in the property management industry and have worked with over half of London’s local authorities. This has given us a unique understanding of what both tenants and landlords require, and it is on the foundations of this that we have been able to develop our expertise and professionalism.
Our services concentrate on working with the local authorities, along with social services and homeless organisations in order to assist those that are stuck in a vulnerable position, such as single mothers or carers.
We offer a range of temporary accommodation, with everything from family dwellings to B&B’s and private ASTs, along with many more. In addition we can provide specific services to tenants, like helping them with benefit queries, providing breakfast and giving support whenever needed.
Our main goal is to create a strong communicative relationship with our clients in order to ensure that our services are proving effective. As members of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) we also prioritise checking that everything is kept up to date with the latest standards and legislation.
